A roof-top performance for three actors and birds.

Grace premiered at Theatreworks, Melbourne, March 2007. The work explores the resurgence of retribution driven justice in an era of high school massacres, suicide bombers, politically sanctioned torture and payback.  High up on a city rooftop, three performers and three pigeons enact a darkly satirical narrative of inter family violence. It offers a present-day cautionary tale that challenges audience to fathom the motivations behind violent acts and asks ‘can grace make a difference?’
